We enjoyed a lovely 3 night break for New year at Fairboroughs Farm. The pitch has spectacular views over the field of the beautiful countryside. This site is in a stunning location with some fantastic walks both direct from site and a short drive away. The owners recommended Tittesworth and Rudyard. Both definitely worth a trip and only about 10 mins drive away.

The site has a toilet and shower which were spotlessly clean. The chemical disposal area is also well kept.

The pitch is fully serviced, which is always a bonus. Good level hardstanding pitche with beautiful views.

The site itself is on a working farm and is lovely and peaceful. It is down its own private lane with gates access making you feel really secure. Access is via a key fob which you receive on arrival.

We loved a little morning wander around the site each day. There is a cute little duck pond and you can see the sheep and horses up in the fields.

The owners are so friendly and welcoming. I didn't catch any names except gorgeous Milo the dog. We had such an amazing time and would highly recommend a stay at this tranquil site.

First visit. Good size pitches. Very clean toilet and shower. Beautiful views from caravan. Some great pubs for dinning, Reform Inn at Thorncliff, White Heart cafe Leek, Royal Oak Rushton spencer.
Great walks around Rudyard and Tittesworth lakes and safe walks aroun rural lanes from site.
Very peaceful at night.
All in all enjoyed our 6 days on this CL and will visit again and recommend.

Can’t recommend this place enough. So peaceful and tranquil, the finishing personal touches are second to none. The website says 1 bedroom but there are actually 2 bedrooms, one king size and 2 twins with 2 bathrooms including shower. We got a taxi into Leek a couple of times which was great, some really olde worlde pubs ?? It’s like home from home there, tea, coffee’s, fresh milk, eggs, scones, clotted cream, jams, toiletries etc plus Prosecco which was a lovely touch xx

Just had a two night stay at the Pamper van.
Absolutely amazing! Beautiful setting, van was immaculate, spotlessly clean. All the added extras were a welcome surprise. Bread, milk, eggs, huge selection of teas and coffee. Scones and butter and jam and if that wasn’t enough a bottle of Prosecco chilling in the fridge!
Loved the hot tub and the fluffy robes and slippers provided. This lovely lady goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect, and that is just what it was. Will most definitely return and I highly recommend.

This is a super site with water and electricity to the pitches. We just spent 6 nights there and can't fault it at all. From the moment we were greeted until we left it was very good. We would definitely go there again if we are in that area.

Fairboroughs Farm near Leek is a great little site, which is on the South side or the Derbyshire Dales.

This site is set on a farm, with views that are just stunning. It is a Caravan and Motorhome certified location site. There is a shower and a toilet that are located near to the farm house, They are clean and tidy. Delightfull, peaceful location with great views!

This is great base to see the sites of the Derbyshire Dales. Field isn’t flat, however the area for each pitch is huge and you find an area where your caravan can be levelled.

The access to any site is a concern for me having a 8’ wide and 26’ long caravan, however I did not have this caravan on our last visit here. I did have a 26’ twin axle and encountered no issues, and knowing the site I do not envisage any issues with the 840, however the turning off the country lane into the entrance to the site is sharp, ensure you take a wide turn circle to maneuver on to the lane.

The Elsan point is situated next to the toilet building and is easily accessed.

The owners allow you to pitch your outfit to your liking. The site is situated on a fairly flat grass field.

Electric supply is 16 amps which is great and sufficient for the modern

The owners are friendly and helpful, the location and setting of the site is great the entrance is sufficiently good for the larger outfits to access, but do remember to take a wide turning circle in to the entrance.

Well done to the owners and thank you for our very pleasant stay. We highly recommend Fairboroughs Farm and would definitely return to this site soon!

Just had a two night break at the Pamper van with my son, as a Mother's Day treat. Superb. The little touches make it special. Selection of teas, coffees and hot chocolate as well as home made bread and preserves. Hot tub on the terrace and an amazing masseuse who comes to the van to the tranquil treatment room. Highly recommended to all. Would go back again and again. Can't wait to tell all my friends and family. Worth every penny.

Just had a wonderful 3 nights in Wren Cottage, wish it had been more. From the moment we arrived we knew we'd struck gold with our choice. The cottage is everything we'd wished for.
So nice to be made to feel welcome in such a peaceful spot. Very comfortable and in an ideal location for exploring further afield. Thanks.
